Returns

1. Customers may return goods at their own expense and transport risk for a refund, provided the products are unused and remain in their original packaging. A restocking fee of 25% of the total invoiced amount will apply. If the item was delivered on a pallet, an additional administrative fee of £120 + VAT will also be charged. To initiate a return, customers must request a return form from our customer support team. This form must be completed and emailed back to us, as well as attached to the returned product for identification purposes.

2. Returns will not be accepted at our Salford location without prior authorization from CaterX (Proex Limited).

No returns will be accepted beyond 14 days from the date of delivery.

Once an order has been placed and dispatched to our warehouse, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned goods have been inspected. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted, along with costs for repairing damages or replacing missing components originally supplied with the order. Refunds will be issued within 7-14 days following approval by our customer service team.

Refund Policy

1. All refund requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer service department. The evaluation will be conducted based on the terms and conditions outlined here. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 days.

2. Next Day deliveries should not be paid via Bank Transfer due to possible delays in payment clearance. If a Bank Transfer is used for a Next Day delivery and the delivery is missed due to payment confirmation delays, the additional fee for Next Day delivery will not be refunded.

3. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer a replacement, a refund, or a store credit. If we do not receive a response after the third email regarding this matter, a coupon will be automatically issued for future use on the CaterX (Proex Limited) website (Caterx.co.uk).
