Yes! we offer fast and free delivery on all orders over £200 (incl. VAT) within mainland UK. For orders under £200, a small shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

We offer a 14-day return window for consumers in accordance with UK distance selling regulations. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For business/commercial purchases, returns are subject to our discretion and may incur a restocking fee. Please see our Return & Refund Policy link for full details.

Every product we sell comes with a 12-month parts warranty as standard. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, we will provide a replacement part at no cost to you.

Our main office and dispatch hub is located at Unit K, Mode Wheel Rd S, Salford, M50 1DG. Currently, we operate as a dispatch-only warehouse to keep our delivery times fast, so we do not offer a public collection counter at this time.
