Returns

  1. Returns accepted within 14 days only if items are unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee and a £120 + VAT pallet admin fee may apply. A return form must be completed and included.
  2. No returns accepted at our Salford location without authorization.
  3. Refunds processed after inspection. Fees and repair costs may be deducted.

Refund Policy

  1. All refunds are subject to review and approval. Once approved, they are processed within 7–14 days.
  2. Next-day delivery fees are non-refundable if caused by delayed bank transfers.
  3. If an item is out of stock and you do not respond to 3 emails, a store credit coupon will be issued automatically.

Disputes

  1. Providing false information to banks or payment providers may result in legal action and cost recovery.
