At Proex Limited (CaterX), we provide a range of delivery options, allowing you to choose the most convenient time to receive your order.

Before placing an order with Proex Limited (CaterX), please read and understand our delivery terms:

Deliveries are made kerbside only. Drivers are not responsible for unpacking or positioning goods.
You must carefully inspect your order by unpacking the goods before signing for the delivery.
If any damage is found, refuse the delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement.
Signing for the delivery confirms acceptance. Transport damage claims will no longer be covered by insurance once signed. We will not accept responsibility for transport damages and will be unable to offer an exchange or refund.
All items listed on our website are in stock unless stated otherwise.

Our shipping options depend on the value of your order:

Free Shipping – Available for orders over £200 (excluding VAT). Ensure your zone qualifies for free delivery at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, provided the item is in stock.
Fixed Rate Shipping – £19.99 (excluding VAT) for orders under £200. Delivery takes 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability.
Next Day Delivery – Available for all orders starting at £19.99 (excluding VAT).
- Orders must be placed before 12 PM for next-day delivery.
- Applies to working days only. Weekend orders (Saturday & Sunday) will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Items must be in stock and available for dispatch.
- Not available for bank transfer payments due to clearance time.
Weekend Delivery – Recently launched and available for orders placed Monday to Friday. Prices start at £19.99 (excluding VAT).
- Orders must be placed by 12 PM on Friday for weekend delivery.
- Subject to stock availability.
- Not available for bank transfer payments due to processing time.

Shipping takes approximately 3–5 working days, depending on stock availability.
Fixed Rate Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s value, size, postcode, and any applicable delivery restrictions.
Northern Ireland EORI Requirement: An EORI (Economic Operator Identification Number) is required for customs processing. If not provided after purchase, additional charges may apply as outlined in our terms and conditions. Pallet deliveries only are available for Northern Ireland.
