The Hamoki Gas Countertop Charbroilers are versatile and stylish cooking appliances designed for commercial kitchens and food establishments such as restaurants, delis, cafeterias and hotels.
These compact and efficient cooking devices features a series of gas-powered U-shaped steel burners (each 30,000BTU/hr) or infrared elements positioned beneath a grate or grill surface, controlled every 12” width.
